Sander van den Born, Chief Marketing and Technology Officer, GoodLife Fitness

Sander joined GoodLife Fitness in November 2018 as the Chief Marketing Technology Officer, bringing with him nearly two decades of experience in marketing, communications, sales, and technology, along with an immense passion for fitness and health. At GoodLife, Sander is charged with leading the strategic direction for the next evolution of the company’s Marketing, Digital, and Information Technology platforms.

His impressive educational background includes: an Executive MBA from Nyenrode Business University; International Business studies from Stellenbosch University, a leading research University in South Africa; and Marketing studies from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Sander’s professional experience and track record of success has taken him on a journey around the world; working for leading companies like CGI in The Netherlands; Logica Management Consultants in Southern Europe and the Middle East; KPN International in the Middle East; and the Sheraton Hotel in China.

Away from the office, Sander is an elite cyclist, participating in competitive endurance stage races in Africa, America and Europe, both team and individual. He is also a runner and avid skier. Sander speaks five languages, loves to travel, and enjoys cooking and wine.
